Palmdale Site Plan

The final conceptual plan includes single-family and zero lot line residential on the northern half of the site, a big box retail building and smaller retail building south of the zero lot homes, a gas station, and three drivethrough restaurants along Palmdale Boulevard. One north-south connection accessed from Palmdale Boulevard joins two east-west vehicular connections from 40th Street.
