Joint Development Housing Accelerator
The identification, development assessment, and financial analysis of LA Metro-owned sites that can deliver units as quickly as possible, to achieve the Joint Development Program’s goal of completing 10,000 units of housing by 2032.
Diagrammatic site plans were developed for each priority site to complement a development scenario and accompanying real estate analysis (produced by HR&A Advisors). Assumptions were made regarding site context, development parameters, parking, and dwelling unit types, sizes, and mix in order to calculate the unit yield.
