ampitheater color_edited.jpg

A baseline feasibility analysis of five prototypical developments in the Southwest Valley with the potential for mandatory inclusionary housing, tested using LA City Planning's proposed rezoning.

All five prototypes were found to be infeasible under current market conditions for all SW Valley areas. Recommendations included a reduction in parking requirements and raising residential density limits to potentially support near-term development.
